Meet Sarah Sternlieb, Trauma Therapist in Bryn Mawr & PA/DE
You’ve spent a long time holding it together. You don’t have to do that here.
Sarah Sternlieb, MS, LPC
She/her
Licensed Professional Counselor
If you’re here, something has been weighing on you for a while.
Maybe it started in childhood, or further back than you can trace. Either way, you’ve always managed to keep going. But underneath that, something has never quite felt resolved.
I offer trauma therapy for millennials who are tired of surviving their own life and ready to feel like themselves, maybe for the first time.
Therapy with me goes deeper than talking.
I use brain-based, evidence-informed approaches that help your mind and body do the work that insight alone can’t finish. Over time, that tends to look like less anxiety, more restful sleep, stronger relationships, and a clearer sense of who you are. Not just on good days, but consistently.
We move at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, but you do need to be ready to look at it. We’ll build a strong foundation and go deeper from there.
In our work together, you can expect:
A focus on understanding your nervous system and working with it so the same reactions don’t keep happening
Approaches that support healing without needing to retell every detail
A collaborative process that respects your voice and boundaries
I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming, body positive, and rooted in anti-oppressive values. You don’t need to explain or justify who you are here.
