Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Life can be hard.
If you’ve been carrying something heavy, whether it started years ago or just recently, I see you.
It’s not easy to look inward and seek support. Just by being here, you’ve already taken a meaningful step. I offer trauma therapy for folks who are ready to do the deeper work of healing and rebuilding from the inside out.
Therapy with me is more than just talk. I use holistic, brain-based approaches that help rewire the brain and calm the nervous system. Over time, that can mean less anxiety, fewer emotional spirals, better sleep, and a stronger ability to handle life’s curveballs without falling apart. You might even start to feel more confident and connected to yourself and the people you care about.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or unsure where to start, that’s okay. We’ll move in a way that feels manageable and right for you.
In our work together, you can expect:
A calming, respectful space where your story is heard and held with care
A focus on helping you feel safer and more connected in your body and the world
Tools that support healing without needing to retell every detail
A collaborative approach that honors your voice, boundaries, and readiness
I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming, body positive, and rooted in anti-oppressive values. I’m committed to creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and respected just as you are.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you make sense of what happened, connect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels more grounded and whole.
